Speedy Turnround

Design is at the heart of the service GlobalDatum provides and we work hard to keep our lead time low. We try to automate trivial but important parts of design, so that our designers can concentrate on the technical detail. This includes speeding up:

  • Interpretation and translation of board design data
  • Identification and extraction of board features
  • Generation of rule driven parts
  • Insertion of standard parts
  • Automatic generation of cnc data
  • Transmission of designs to you for approval
  • Ability for you to see our design and production schedule

What Information is Required?

To ensure you get an approved design with quick turnaround we request the following information be supplied. Additional information and feedback my be required dependent on the application.

  • Gerber RS274x (Legacy Gerber Files will take longer to process).
  • Top & Bottom – Silk, Paste, Mask
  • Profile
  • Drill Files
  • PCB Thickness
  • Pictures/Assembly Drawings (Beneficial if available)
  • Process Order – For DEK Plates & Reflow Carriers (Advises which side is recessed).

Files can be emailed in a Zip File or ODB++.

Note: We do not need inner, ground or top and bottom copper layers.
